Ordering & Product Availability

By placing an order with Little Mealup, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable replacement, credit or refund.

Delivery

We currently deliver to selected areas within the Busselton, Margaret River and Dunsborough region.

Orders placed by Friday 5pm will be delivered the following week:

• Dunsborough deliveries – Monday

• Vasse & Busselton deliveries – Tuesday

• Margaret River deliveries – Friday

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to operational requirements. We will get in touch with delivery times prior and provide a cooler box with ice bricks if no one is home. Receive 10% off your next purchase if you are returning your delivery box!

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and any relevant delivery instructions.

Food Safety, Allergens & Limitation of Liability

All meals are delivered frozen and should be transferred to a freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are stored and prepared according to the instructions provided.

While allergen information is provided for our products, our meals are produced in a commercial kitchen that handles common allergens including milk, egg, wheat, soy, fish, sesame and tree nuts.

We cannot guarantee the complete absence of trace allergens.

To the extent permitted by law, Little Mealup shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights available to consumers under Australian Consumer Law.
